I'm about to hook you up... - Stanley Park is a must do, even if you just walk a bit of the sea wall and look at the city - Granville Market has some really diverse shopping that really showcases the city and is a lot of fun. - You can take Zodiac rides wearing a dry suit to get up close to the killer whales, it's amazing. - Capillano Suspension bridge is a cab ride away and takes you into north Vancouver as well as over the lions gate bridge - Ride the gondola to the top of grouse mountain and check out the view and shows - Robson ave is basically great shopping, but lots of common tourist stuff - Gastown has even more tourist gifts - There is a phenomenal Chinatown to check out if you like that stuff, last time I was there we had hand-pulled noodles, pulled right in front of our table. - Vancouver has these really fun water taxis that help you move around easily and give a great view of the city. - The sky train is another great way to see a lot of the city for minimal cost, consider taking the line to the end. - more agressive would be a hike up grouse (the grouse grind), or trip to whistler - if you want to get away and have $$$ rent a float plane to take you north for some flyfishing in legit wilderness, the depart right from the city. - Strippers in Vancouver are some of the best
Very cool, thanks for the tips!
We got to do Stanley Park (primarily seawall and totem poles) and Granville Market (ate lunch). Also had dinner at a dim sum place but it wasn't in Chinatown.
Definitely want to return!
Glad you enjoyed it! One of my favorite cities.
