Thanks to the vigilance of @Ivan, I have become aware that there are those unaware of the transexual baked good (more like baked bad!) known as a "tranny cake." A tranny cake is baked on the Name Day of a transexual. This is the day they have decided to stick with a new name and drop their dead name, the name they had prior to their transition. The tranny cake is typically takes the form of an elite tranny in the clothes of their original sex typically performing sexual acts. Eating the cake is meant to imbue tranny energy and symbolically destroy cis-genderism. Does this clarify, @roadatlas?
