They weren't "failed" by the doctors at gender clinics. They were chemically and physically mutilated by the doctors at gender clinics, and those doctors and their financiers should be arrested and executed for their horrific crimes.
Creating a path enabling mutilation is the "fail", instead of creating a path of psychiatric help to get them to think normally about themselves. The actual mutilation is the crime.

My religious beliefs agree this tranny bullshit is a crime against God and humanity, but there is little legislation in place to make the promotion or grooming trans ideology an actionable crime <yet>. In fact, the more communist states are making it a crime for parents to not support transitioning their child. Really sick shit.
