It's not that he's an eunuch. It's that he chose to destroy himself. He chose to be unnatural and present himself as he does. He chose to be abhorrent. War can make eunuchs, but that doesn't mean God hates them. Forgiveness may be possible. I dunno. But it would require him resetting his every belief. Suicide seems much more likely. Even with forgiveness his human existence will be torment. As StupidBird said, no refunds.
