Why is this sub getting brigaded? Because the claims are unbelievable?

A lot of the shit posted on is too, but that doesn't get brigaded. Moreover most of what's posted is OC. It's a little suspicious that certain content isn't OK according to a certain in-group of users.

is already taking back his downvotes to avoid revealing his motives.

Anyway, if that's the way this is going, I'm subbing and upvoting these posts. Maybe they're on to something if it's meeting this much resistance on a free speech site.

I didn’t take back my downvotes to avoid revealing my motives I took them back becuase I was wrong to give them out in the first place. I admit it hans and all this got under my skin a little and I shouldn’t have let that happen. You are correct it is OC however it should not be flooding whatever it should be in this sub.

The very purpose of a whatever sub is anything goes. If you don't like that you should filter it and post elsewhere. What is it about revealing trannies that gets under your skin? Is it personal for you?

If you look at hans' history you'll see the amount and frequency of his posts are all on the same topic in . It's not the subject matter, it's spam.

I do think that we should try and refrain from mass downvoting people, but where do we draw that line?

Well, maybe better filtering would be a solution. I am working on something to that end, but i'm not very technically gifted so it may take a while.

Still, I find that whenever a group of people is hostile to a topic as a whole. There's an agenda. What are the Poal power users hiding?

When I created whatever the intention was never to have everything posted to whatever it was just so there was a sub for things that didn't have a sub. This topic has a sub so why wouldn't you post the related material here?

Because Hans knows we will block an annoying sub but Whatever is not something people will block lightly.

This is really the conversation. Hans' posts individually are fine but collectively are an issue. Why? Because many people see an underlying motive to harm this site by trashing a popular sub.

He doesn't have any proof, just conjecture.

And his theories don't hold water, and he won't defend them clearly, so I think that's it.

It comes off as sliding, or spam.

Maybe he's just a skeevy Jew

Ivan, you have sense. God bless you.

Hans is a spammer, a.troll, and he forum slides.

Whatever is the most posted in sub so it's not a sub most want to block. He was asked repeatedly to keep shit in appropriate subs and did not. After days of not down voting him I got sick of his bulshit posts, chat spamming, attacking everything and everyone I down voted everything he ever posted.

Apparently hans has s/anything now if he wants to post tranny stuff and fake animal stuff and fake space stuff to there appropriate subs then I will stop down voting him.

If votes don't matter then why does anyone care if they get up or down votes other than to change the color of there name.

I believe that poal has gained some bad actors mixed in with this recent influx of users.

Yeah, I'm not buying the gud boi dindu nuffin wrong thing, but hey, I could be wrong. So, as long as he's not abusing/flooding other subs, imo he's welcome.

Well, man, /strange is not flooding /whatever with posts that fit /strange. I can block any specific sub, bit if I block whatever, I'll lose the other posts posted there. The problem with tighty assy rule following is that it can be abused both sides. Oh, it's whatever so I can post 2.000 posts a day there about something that has a specific sub. Oh, there's no question mark at the end of this post, banned. People seem to believe that common sense isn't needed on the internet, but the lack of it leads to a crappy ambient. I'm talking about common sense dealing with each other, even disagreeing. You don't want to live in a city with people shitting on your sidewalk because freedom of speech. You'll hit their heads with the back of the shovel or you'll shit the front of their houses in revenge, but then every single house will be shitty. I don't even know why I'm typing this. I know where it goes.

While I've never downvoted Hans, I suppose I do have some responsibility to upvote his content. He's posted less to this sub and more to s/Whatever because if it is here it gets more downvotes than there. Admittedly, my own attitude towards Hans has probably been viewed as permissive towards downvoting him which has weakened the culture. Despite initially talking to Hans' downvoters and upvoting him to counteract them, I stopped. You've got a fine point. Thank you.

Thank you. God bless you. They don't like the truth.
