Ok, just to clear this up for me. This is basically a girl, pretending to be a boy, invading the boys locker room then claiming "harassment" when she got the attention she secretly wanted?

Flip the script. If that was a boy, there would be a lynching mob. So far I don't know of any of the fake-woman trannies that have had the balls to do that yet. They just stare like degenerate peeping toms.

In the 70s, 80s and 90s, the guys would have just appropriately dealt with this on the spot, and that bitch would have had some sense knocked into her and never pretended to be a guy again.

This would never have happened back then. If a "girl" acted like a "boy" they were considered a tomboy and 99.99% of them grew out of it. The rest ended up as lesbians.

The guys that decided to try to look like women were called shemales and "traps" and made fun of and shamed (as they still should be).

I grew up in that time, I knew a couple of tom boys, all grew up to be nice ladies and good moms.

I never saw a guy trying to look like a woman though. We would have all called him a faggot at the very least, hell that is what we assumed of a guy who only had girls as friends.
