They added a guy to my team who's mentally ill in this regard. Everyone else is perfectly content with using the 'pronouns'. I want to keep getting a paycheck, so I mostly just don't talk to him. I refer to him as 'Ms. Doubtfire' to my wife, and we laugh sadly.
