It's not about "encouraging transgender students" it's about grooming/recruiting students into transgenderism. Nobody is born trans, it's a belief system.
That said, we need to be more subtle than this bill. It's not going to pass and they will just deliberately misrepresent it for propaganda purposes. (Inb4 someone calls me an optics cuck, I don't care about optics if it can pass)
