Either way, not something that you want in the work place. I already know of at least 3 stories from people I know that had to deal with a trans in the office that tried to (in one case literally) burn the place down because "muh gender".

social security insurance and other state programs. covid stimmys granted money to orgs some still have some. no telling who has how much to be used for what unless it is in plain site. also could be part of biden's Domestic Policy Council programs.
