Interesting thought. One of these freaks enters a contract as lets say a man. He decides he is now a woman and does the whole surgery, name change, gender swap thing. Now he has legally become someone/thing else. Are you obligated to keep that contract? I mean it gets mad when you use it's former name. It even has a term for it, dead naming. So my thinking is, if the person who signed the original contract is dead, and a new one isn't signed with the new entity, what happens?
