This is what we called a "Tomboy". A girl who enjoys activities that typically are more enjoyed by boys. **This isn't a "trans" person, it's just a girl who likes to play in the mud and play with boys.** And usually, by the time these tomboy types hit their late teens, they become a lot more "girly". They're often quite attractive, because they grew up engaging in athletic activities, so they have nice toned bodies when they fill out. Example, see OP's photo here.
