Hard to sue when they haveyou sign waivers for everything. That part where he said he wasn't warned? That's a lie. All of those warnings are in the paperwork he signed. Paperwork he chose not to read.

No, malpractice suits definitely exist. If those waivers worked there wouldn't be nearly as many malpractice suits.

Waivers raise the standard from negligence to actual malice. That means you have to prove that they intentionally--and maliciously--did something wrong. That's a very high bar short of them confessing to the deed.
