I somewhat disagree. Decadence if done correctly is based on politeness, success and extraordinarily awing banquets and celebrations of a master race or culture. Degeneracy is communists, multicultural and broken societies, LGBTQASJW community, rainbow flags, open borders, anarchism etc.
