Meh, single mothers of White children is not necessarily a bad thing. Depends on why she's single. Ugly has levels and women that are not especially attractive more often make wonderful devoted wives and mothers.

I'm an armchair eugenicist. I think societies should encourage the genetic improvement of their stock. Breed for intelligence, physical prowess, and empathy within each race. Breed out disease, non-functioning members of society, and sociopaths/psychopaths. I think it should be relatively hands off to not interfere with peoples' lives though, through tax incentives for the healthiest and brightest to have big families,
