I know the red flags, but women, as you’ve alluded to, cab be even more deceptive than men and run a long con you.
Anyway, does anyone here do anything creative to deal with domestic issues? Make her stand in a stress position? Negging? Time Outs? Put her in a well hole and intermittently toss down cold hot dogs to her like Gary Heidnik?
My favorite tactic is “the lecture” I sit down and explain what went wrong and why I’m disappointed. I go on and on. It has worked miracles. Just mentioning “well, we will have to sit down and talk about this.” Has eyes rolled back and behavior changes immediately. Nobody wants another lecture from dad. Even my wife got in on it, and threatened my children when they misbehaved, “do you want to chat with dad?” Nothing sinister, I would just sit down and talk with them. They’re grown up now, and tease me about it. Nobody likes a chat with dad, lol.
I hear you. I guess I just have very little patience and prefer to either slap them or leave. I still feel strongly that there is place for limited physical punishment and we’re the only cucked culture that refuses to accept that.
It’s a viable tactic, in some cultures it is essential. Muslims beat the crap out of their kids. In Africa, the only way to control those kids, is with a whip. In white cultures, the voice of reason prevails.
