Still had a working machine in my local bar as recently as 2020... until the "pandemic" forced it to close forever. (packs cost a lot more than 30 cents though)

I was going to say I remember seeing a working machine not that long ago. Can't remember where it was, but it was just one of those "wow, remember when these used to be everywhere?" moments.

It may have been in PA where they still have bar areas that allow smoking, as long as they're a separate area from the main dining room.
