I'm sure I'm missing some things, but bulking isn't exactly something I'm that knowledgeable on. Hopefully this helps.
Lean is going to be hard. Better eat a tub of lard a day and then cut like no one has cut before.
Legit you would need a full set of weights at home. You're going to have to hit all major muscle groups in rotation just for the mass. Anything you can do to speed up recovery to hit them again you've got to do.
