You live, and you play your role as best you can.

You might not be bad at it, you might actually be good.

A Good Father, who raises a loving group of Children.

And they go off, as independent kids do, and start families of their own.

Your job is done.

You have taken your own DNA and allowed it to spread throughout the world as best you can.

You were fruitful. And I am sure you had a great time doing it.

But is that the point?

Will that ever be the point?

Replication of nucleic acid that codes for proteins seems like such a trite reason for existence.

I would like to think there is something more to it, and I do believe in Jesus.

But I can't help hating God.

That Faggot in the Sky that made me Exist.

I never consented to existing, he just rammed my butthole into Being.

So are we here for a good reason?

Or are we just here for a good time?

You are under the mistaken notion that we are here for our benefit. Au contraire, kemosabe. We are here to serve the purpose of those who put us here. We have been programmed to experience happiness when we fulfil our mission in life, which depends on our nature and our circumstances. When we find our purpose, we experience bliss. When we are not doing our purpose, we have been programmed to experience unhappiness. Since most people never achieve their purpose, most people are unhappy most of the time. That is the way it is supposed to be. That is how everything was set up. You are designed to be continuously miserable until you stumble on your purpose in life. The unhappiness is what keeps you searching for that purpose. It's the old "carrot and stick" on the most primal level.

It is idiotic to complain about it, because it is the nature of reality. It's the way the world is designed. Instead of complaining, start to intelligently search for your purpose for existing. When you find it, happiness will follow.
