You have no assets. Your car is not an asset it does not appreciate, it depreciates unless you have a collector classic in immaculate condition, like my 34k mile s2k completely bone stock with factory hard top. I got it at $16k its worth 42k now. I'll give that car to my daughter after she destroys her first car.

I have multiple properties all paid off, rent covers property taxes and maintenance as well as puts a little cash in my pockets. My business makes me money, my investments have largely paid off. That is what it means to have assets.

Nah bruh, I literally have assets. Maybe you are right about the car, it is a shit investment. It’s a fake sports car so it’s probably gonna tank. But I enjoy driving fast on the highway. My inheritance will be coming in a few years. I will use one of the properties to get rent to pay for the tax and maintenance like you said. Take the remaining to invest in a good business model. I’ll show you bruh, you suck, I rule
