This puts people at a disadvantage who gained immunity by surviving C19 and therefore have the same antibodies as those who were vaccinated. Is there a chance to sue for equal opportunities in court?

The privileges they are offering are a bait-and-switch. As soon as enough people are vaxxed, a "new strain" will be hyped and everything will be on super-ultra-lockdown again. See the UK, Israel, or Chile as example, the US is just a little bit behind. The cycle of lockdowns and gene therapy injections will be endless, at least until the Great Reset is completed.
