I'm just gonna be blunt. Frozen milk tastes slightly sour. It's not enough to make you puke but enough to make you hate milk once it's thawed. Food stamps. People on welfare freeze milk b/c they gotta stretch that monthly deposit on their benefits card. It tastes like shit... it's also nutritious. Milk doesn't freeze like vegetables. Prepare to hate your cereal if you eat that shit.

I've frozen my milk before and I never had this issue. I did notice the creme seems to melt first so what's left at the end if pretty watery. But it didn't taste sour.
