Twice. Once for my political opinions (~2007), I told them I don't do political polls.
Once on my radio listening habits. They paid me $1 for the data, IIRC. I filled out the form 9-12 Glenn Beck, 12-3 Rush Limbaugh, 3-6 a local conservative ... all on AM radio. They never asked me again.

As a "likely voter" in a swing state I get bombarded with political calls and text messages. The calls may or may not be polls, I rarely answer unsaved numbers (it can go to voicemail) and I sure as shit never answer calls from Washington, D.C. area codes.
