This is what I take on weekly basis:
Daily - Vitamin D, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Potassium, Unrefined Sea Salt.
As needed - L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, Caffeine Pills.
What's rhodiola supposed to do?
Adaptogen - more energy and focus + better tolerance of stress. It's great if you didn't sleep well the night before. Also boosts mood and lifts you from depression.
No vitamin b? I almost accidentally od'd on caffeine pills once
Vit B I get from food. Have to be carefull with caffeine pills, but taking too much feels great until withdrawals kick in.
It does feel like you're cruising on a bump of coke. Why not just do coffee or other beverages
