My wrists and thin and limp, much like a common faggot's. I've tried to cure this problem by having sex with women and going to church, but nothing seems to help.

This doesn't bother me during most lifts, but it makes some actions nearly impossible. For example, it is getting increasingly difficult to dumbell press heavy, not because of the actual press itself, but the action of moving the dumbell into the press position hurts, particularly my right wrist.

Is there any solution to this?

God, I don't want to look like one of those guys at the gym, but maybe I should just wrap all my problem joints

Don't use wrist wraps or gloves until you hit proper heavy weights, you will only use them as a crutch and stunt your advancement.

Ok, makes sense, I will start doing your soviet curls and kulak carries.

Thanks for the advice!

Good weightlifting gloves have wrist wraps built in and work great.

Also, I am not sure what it is called but I have basically a fat dowel rod with a hole in the middle and a rope hangs down a few feet with a weight attached at the bottom. You roll the rope up on the dowel and then roll it back down and keep rolling backwards to roll it back up and then back down. It is amazing for grip strength and the wrists and forearms.

wrist wraps aren't wraps like that. it's like not a wrap like for an achey knee. It's just a strip of strong leather, rubber, etc kinda like a tape you can wrap around your wrists and hands to be able to lift more and build other muscles while your wrists are at their limit. Like a bra supporting titties it supports the weight you're holding over the rest of your hand and up a bit. If ur gonna try gloves just go w/ some rubberized shit that will improve ur grip. Nothing fancy. even just a firm grips lessens the stress on ur wrist as the bar doesn't rotate in ur hand.
