My wrists and thin and limp, much like a common faggot's. I've tried to cure this problem by having sex with women and going to church, but nothing seems to help.

This doesn't bother me during most lifts, but it makes some actions nearly impossible. For example, it is getting increasingly difficult to dumbell press heavy, not because of the actual press itself, but the action of moving the dumbell into the press position hurts, particularly my right wrist.

Is there any solution to this?

The muscles around the wrist respond to lifting like the rest. Flexion, extension. Read about radial and ulnar deviation. Get you a 10 pound sledge and get to it
