haha I haven't posted it before, just did it now all for you. Well, for @stupidbird first as I did a retard and put it on his post before moving it here.
Pulled up the saved local html, copied the text, added formatting to make it pretty, put the pictures in, tested the jewtube links to make sure they still worked, etc.
I had very weak wrists (pinky and thumb could touch going around my wrists). Now they are slightly less weak. The knot that pops out under my thumb when I clench has also not been an issue since I started integrating these. I can do pushups and other exercises now without it popping out and being a serious pain since my wrists aren't as weak.
