Pilates man, I'm telling you pilates works. You don't need equipment or books or videos or a trainer or anything. Plank and a couple other positions and you will work your core to perfection.

I have been considering homosexuality as a lifestyle. Not one of the dyed-haired freaks, but a really fit sort of yuppie homosexual, watching my diet carefully, a well-rounded regimen of yoga, pilates, and unprotected anal sex in the steam-room at the all-male gym in center city. I could start brining my laptop to coffee shops and writing there, so everyone knows I am writing, and sipping oat-milk lattes. Maybe I'd get an adorably small dog, and have a hair-stylist boyfriend named Ricardo, who would compliment me on the rock-hard abs I got from doing pilates.

All these things are achievable.

I lost 50 pounds doing 20 minutes of pilates and eating sensibly. Reshaped my body completely and never gained the weight back

Works dude.

How much space do you have to have? I currently have none, but that may change.

Degeneracy is not the answer

Don’t be such a faggot. You’ll get stds, anal prolapse/incontinence and need to wear pads or diapers, colon cancer, and worst of all, you’ll be a faggot.

Theo is and does all that already.

He's my heeroe.

This. Dragon flag. m.youtube.com/watch?v=poioa-W4HA8&pp=ygUVZHJhZ29uIGZsYWcgYnJ1Y2UgbGVl

I've been doing them since I saw Stallone in Rocky IV. He cheated, though. He couldn't get his heels close to the floor. I'm old, and I still do at least 2 x 10 reps a week.

That’s impressive

Russian twists with the kettle bell

I like planks (with extra weight), Dragon flags as suggested below, and I do a couple others that may or may not be something that others do.

I hold myself up with my arms at half extension where my countertops meet at a 90. Legs straight out and I maintain that position as long as possible. 3x

I bridge between two chairs arms and legs straight out and hold in a slightly elevated position as long as possible. 3x

I also hang drywall... Very good for the core

Kettlebell Swings are great.

I do them last, so I just pick a weight that suits me and do 60 reps in as little sets as possible, usually 2-3.

You could try planking for a few minutes to keep your abdominal muscles tight.

Do all lifting unilaterally. The main purpose of the core is provide foundation to leverage strength. Pressing with dumbbells one side at a time will destroy your abs
