right weight for my height
I have about 30 kg above my BMI (not fat) and don't even look all pumped up. This is what you get from low reps - heavy weight. You can do an entire workout in 15 min on lazy day.
I don't have days off, I work all the time either job or on my own thing until I can go full time. I had one day off this year. Gym is the only thing that keeps me sane, even though my job can get pretty physically tough.
I'm on a chain saw all day or climbing in and out of the truck and up trees. I don't eat until lunch time and then I usually eat tree rolls with salads and meat a day, I cook a feed when I get home home, this helps to keep me slim.
That sounds like a good job. My previous job was very physical, but unfortunately company went under. Couldn't recover from lockdowns. I was happies when working hard, fell like you actually accomplished something.
It's great to have a job I actually enjoy and it's pretty permanent.
