Im switching to 3 lifting 2 cardio , maybe even 3 cardio 2 lifts. Just finished 8 weeks lifting 3 no cardio Training to failure, drop sets etc, put on some good size, did close grip pullups alot, blew my biceps right up .
Now I wanna burn off fat for a good 6 weeks or so, see how it goes
I have some Christmas fat still left over, need to get serious about that. No regrets.
It's good to enjoy and even over indulge a bit during Christmas/New Year. Life should be enjoyed
I call it refeeding. I need to eat half a roast ham and 20 cookies because I'm a pro and pros need to refeed.
