Burst disc, slipped disc, best chance get it looked at right away and Don strain yourself until you do. I waited and suffered because I didn't have time to rehab or go physical therapy and now it's a daily pain in my lower back. I have no disc's left between 3 of my lower vertebraes and so now it's just bone on bone grinding. Im waiting for science to catch up before I have surgery to replace my discs.
No insurance or money for such luxuries...
If you go to a chiropractor, they can give you an x-ray and see what exactly is wrong, and it doesn't cost much even without insurance.
Well, claim you're an illegal and you'll get your shit for free. Or, go get the necessary care and then pay them 50 bucks a month like I do, I'll be paying on it for ever but at least I got fixed enough to walk upright again.
