If you end up in chronic pain I highly recommend that you look into peptides. I fixed my torn rotator cuff all on my own and saved tens of thousands of dollars over a risky surgery.
Which peptides specifically? I have a recurring knee problem and would love to avoid surgery.
I don't know anything about your particulars but I did a lot of research and settled on this stuff:
https://battlebornpeptides.com/collections/research-peptides/products/bpc-blend-18-5-mg-1 It worked amazingly well for me.
I'm of course not making any recommendations, just telling you what I used.
Looks expensive! How many do you need to take for say a ruptured disc?
Thanks mate, much appreciated. Glad it worked for you and I’m going to check it out.
Doesn't sound like you'll be picking up any fat chicks for a while. Welcome to the world of forever back pain.
Do not say forever. Please not forever.
Burst disc, slipped disc, best chance get it looked at right away and Don strain yourself until you do. I waited and suffered because I didn't have time to rehab or go physical therapy and now it's a daily pain in my lower back. I have no disc's left between 3 of my lower vertebraes and so now it's just bone on bone grinding. Im waiting for science to catch up before I have surgery to replace my discs.
No insurance or money for such luxuries...
Have you tried smoking lidocaine patches?
yo waddup Lil POP, dis be yo boy Jaquoin DeSahvus Shyquan. We be makin dem albumz an wanna kno if yo gon sho? Kno wattaimasayin?
Dat dollaz billz drop lika it hot be ov dem benjaminz at tree fiddy.
Hot shower with water hitting the spot for 5-10 min. Everything else you will know in the morning.
I usual switch between hot and cold, contract the muscle then relax, if the water gets cold enough of course.
I feel as if this is my fault due to my referring to you as "cousin of Superman."
Ouch, ice and rest. If you have a tens unit it is highly helpful. I deadlift heavy but felt the same pop and pain picking up my 50lb dog, have been icing and using tens and feels almost 100%.
Yeah, it happened when I was warming up so it was only 225. I'm going to take some ibuprofen, bought some CBD ointment from the snake-oil aisle in the pharmacy, hot shower and pray for mercy.
Man, I hope you recover quickly.
