I’m putting in my orders for the ingredients I use in my homemade pre workout, and I can’t help but remember how wild the supplements were back in the day.

There was a lot of stuff that worked well, and the regulations were super relaxed.

The ephedra era was the shit. Extreme ripped fuel, ephedra tea, weird prohormone capsules in oil, even first gen stuff like Jack3d.

I’ll never forget around 2003 leaving GNC with garbage bags full of supplements they had to get off their shelves.

In like 2004, I made the website for a local health store that paid me half in basically a pallet of shit the FDA banned.

For why the FDA takes stuff off shelves and makes acare campaigns?

No, for ephedrine. Like when to take and how to calculate dose according to your bodyweight.

I could find it online, but I would sooner trust someone here who has experience with it.

When I get to my desk I'm gonna deep dive this and give a proper reply. I'm gonna look at the old stuff I used to take and love. I never bought loose leaf ephedra or anything. It was always in a "proprietary blend" of whatever supplement I was taking.

You say you can find it online. Can you share some of those options? I'm in America. I don't see any options. Man, I was buying expired stock from the old school Supplement Warehouse for years.

And it's ephedra not ephedrine. From what I remember, not the same. All about getting those ephedra alkaloids.
