Went to an event last night. They had three cold plunge ice barrels. I'm all about boosting the cold shock proteins, so I took a 5 minute ice dip. Looked into purchasing my own model of the barrels on hand. $1199 + $149 shipping. That's not a fat finger misprint. A commensurate polyethylene rainwater collection barrel can be had for $100ish. While I appreciate, "never let facts get in the way of a good story," I've also kicked around enough to know that a man is as good as his word, written, spoken or given and that untruths have a habit of sneakin' round to exact their pinch or pound of retributive flesh.
