Went to an event last night. They had three cold plunge ice barrels. I'm all about boosting the cold shock proteins, so I took a 5 minute ice dip. I was thinkin an animal feed trough from Tractor Supply. Like this: Ive nver done the cold plunge, but keep.hearing its really good for your body and joints and shit.
