I don't take it as much as I did, but I was doing year round with a few breaks mostly when I couldn't get it.

I wouldn't say you can't overdose on it, but look up rosacea imervicen treatments, they pretty much say all od issues are temporary and I haven't found any studies saying long term use is bad.
