Eat right. Get your meat and veggies right. Get outside, be in the sun as often as you can. Move. Move around. Have a purpose. Make things happen. Fix on things. Machinery, relationships, doesn't matter. Stay on top of things. Stay in contact with your family and neighbors. (Even if they suck.) Stock up on commodities. Good luck out there, bro fam.
