I like kettlebells & first got my trap/neck gainz from a 30kg set only doing farmers walks. My dad needed some help with getting in better shape so I walked 3 miles 5 days a week with him for a year. Also helped with my grip strength but I eventually moved to using figure 8 straps so I could focus more on engaging my posture and neck.

Mastering all of the core and esoteric moves on the KB pallette is a worthy fucking pursuit Taking full ballistic advantage of the coronal, transverse, sagittal and diagonal planes by stringing sequences into evolved repertoires of pure form flow is a thing of savage beauty.
