I put in my 2 weeks notice several years ago at one Black Company (Japanese term). And I started the exits. They had 4 or 5 leave in that month and the fat ass that thought he was keeping shit together and going left several months after that. They insisted on running a skeleton crew and I hope they have had nothing but a never ending treadmill of rejects. The best part is the fat ass claimed everybody that left just couldn't handle it...lol
