Oh man, trying to get more people for the team. The hiring manager kept giving us contracted pajeets. Every, single, one was completely incompetent. But you know what? They were "cheap". We had to fire every single one of them. Still trying to get more people on the team but the job has already gotten something like 600+ resumes and the vast majority of them clearly did not even read the job listing and are just applying to anything they can. God help you if you manage to hire someone that actually can do their job at this point. Almost all of my "good" coworkers are all in their late 40's to mid 50's. The shitty ones are all in their late 20's to mid 30's and barely work at all. Anyone that is actually good at what they do will probably only stick around for a year or two max.
