I got a message from a chat bot a few months ago. They have reduced their office hours even further and now expect us to send texts to a chat bot for any complaints. It's not like they answered the phone anyway. I learned years ago not to complain about anything and to fix everything myself. They raise my rent and say they don't have enough staff to keep the office open or answer the phones. They already claim they have no say over the rent because it's decided by 'a computer' which I take to mean they use that algo service that is screwing with rent prices across the country.
