Honestly one idea is one I have had for decades. Building underground, not cities but homes. Your yard just got huge since the house is under it, no cool bills in summer, minimal heating bills in winter since under the frost line the temp is just below comfortable and you can have a farm "without heavy equipment" to grow your own food and theives won't be able to just crawl into a window since it's all concrete around it no windows and a few doors for escape in case of landslide or other disaster that can block the exit/entrance.

Wow, good thing Earth is a sovereign planet and doesn't take orders from those who refuse to identify themselves. UFOs should be more inclusive to our indigenous societal norms of separate masculine and feminine gender roles.
