I am re-banning all rule-breakers and updating the sidebar:

I have resigned as moderator so that I can be rebanned. Once banned, I would feel comfortable accepting a moderator position again.

It turns out you can't ban mods. I would ask to please unmod everyone, reban, and then remod as necessary. Mods will be on the honor system from here on.
