I think it has already been proven that this was NOT on autopilot. It would not be traveling at that speed in a neighborhood unless forced by the driver. Multiple people have claimed that autopilot/fsd were in use when they crashed to try to shift the blame. These things are robots on wheels and record EVERYTHING. Tesla already knows if you were on autopilot and they know if you manually increased the speed.
Also, this is "autopilot" not Supervised FSD so that means its on hardware 3 or older, a far less capable system than HW4+ (HW5 not yet released to consumers but there is a in-between HW4.5 or something that has more RAM for the AI computer).
Even if it was on "autopilot" the driver should have manually slowed down on their own. The damn thing CAUGHT AIR when it hit the driveway. He had to be going like 80+ or some shit. It's barely in the camera shot and a blur while it is.
