Yes, but it should tow further than 10 miles.

I have a SUV and it can tow too. Sadly, under 3500 lbs. Seriously, that's not very capable.

Tesla . IDK what range it would have with a full load. Musk claims better battery technology, so probably better range than the Ford F150 Lightning.
