OK. So. I waded into an ongoing back-and-forth. Two sides to every story, and all that. I looked at the and noted the following:

Users agree not to post sensitive information relating to other user's real world identities without their express consent. (No doxxing)
Users are solely responsible for their own personal information if they choose to share it on the site.

...and...

Content deemed to be spam will be removed, and continuous posting of such content may result in a ban.

The first two are perfectly clear. I'd like to see a period including in the "doxxing" statement, but that's just me.
The Content deemed to be spam portion could be clarified. I think it would go a long way.

I agree that the general TOS does not define SPAM. Hence, it has no real meaning since its not defined as there is no generally recognized definition of "SPAM".

As far as doxxing, the TOS is clear that SENSITIVE information dissemination (other that re-telling what a user already provides to us) is prohibited. General, nonsensitive information is permitted to be disseminated. Since the TOS does not define "sensitive" it goes by the general rule that its stuff that a person makes effort to keep secret. I think a Social Security number is one thing that is generally considered to be sensitive, unless its shown that a person freely gives this information out w/o concern (a rarity). The "(No doxxing)" is just so people can reference the rule easily.

Clear rules are a must.

Clear rules are a must.

For a forum like this, hell yeah.
