The threads do not even belong in the subs he tosses them into.

Does he use alts to create subs that he intends on just dumping pro-gun threads into ?

Certainly gives the appearance of doing so.

Way to out yourself AOU !

The only two mentions of the word sub in the TOS are as follows

Infringement of copyright or personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity is prohibited, and the content may be removed upon a legitimate DMCA request. Such content is not endorsed by Poal.co, nor is Poal.co liable for any user (sub)mitted content.

Moderators may create their own rules as long as they do not violate the terms of this agreement. By becoming a moderator of a default (sub), you agree to represent the best interests of the community you moderate. Continuous failure to do so may result in your removal as a moderator.

Do you need me to read it out loud?

And the rules about choosing a sub when a user posts .. that's incorporated into the TOS

I took Law 101 in college. So I know much about the law.

So, what are the rules, part of the TOS, relating to how a user chooses a sub to place a new thread onto the site?

I know.

And you post the TOS rules about how a poster chooses a sub ... that way, when I shove my foot totally up your ass, it will be based on what you believe are the rules.
