why is he getting a special pass regarding certain rules?

does the example of TWOS mean that so long as i call myself a "researcher", i can doxx people all day on this website, and none of you can ever touch me? serious question.

Two people run this site, and get to enforce or not enforce the TOS. If you think something is amiss, take it up with them via PM, instead of dragging this dirty laundry out for everyone. You've harmed your cause, and I was neutral going into this thread. Fair? Maybe not. The world and its inhabitants (even online) is a messy place where the job of convincing others is difficult and takes a deft touch. You don't have it, and turned everyone off of your conclusions due to your All-or-Nothing attitude.
