I would get a second opinion on that infection potential. A bone infection could be catastrophic if left undetected. If you have a local lab that does walk ins they can probably just do a blood draw and check it for signs of infection.
Might be time to lawyer up. What kind of doctor did you go to, was it a wall kisser or a panjeet?
Nah, she's Ok. German stock. And we don't do that lawyer thing here. :)
Fair enough. Where I'm from they're all jews and panjeets. I haven't seen a White doctor in years unfortunately.
Your extracted tooth... Did you get a good look at it to verify it was intact with no broken surfaces - or that all pieces of the "puzzle" were accounted for?
Yup, posted a pic at the time. https://poal.co/s/TellPoal/796770
She made an X-Ray a week after, looks clean.
Continued pain this far out seems odd.
Yeah, it's why I've been back to the dentist although normally ...wild horses... Seems to be fairly common after that kind of intervention, but only for a couple days.
I'm so over this shit, maybe I'll have them pull the whole head. "We're gonna need a bigger pair of pliers!"
Vitamin c 1 gram every hour, then until symptoms gone, continue for 24 hours after.
Ok, I'll try that.

I usually start with 2 grams an hour until bowel tolerance is reached. I've been taking vitamin c a long time so it's easier on my stomach than most. If you do the 2g every hour, don't trust a fart. When I am sick I have taken 8 grams first hour and 4grams second hour and by the third hour I reach bowel tolerance and back it down to 2 grams every hour. If I'm not sick and take 8 grams at once, I can barely make it to the toilet.
I say this because the maximum concentration of vitamin c in the blood stream is what your bowels are able to handle. So by reaching bowel tolerance, you would have the most vitamin c allowable via oral administration. To achieve higher concentration, you'd have to inject it.
When using vitamin c for suspected infection, you want the highest blood concentration as possible. Vitamin c is water soluble so it exits your body quickly. Thus, you need to take it every hour. Stay hydrated as well.
Thanks. Keep you posted.
On my last dentist visit, I was recommended the wisdom teeth removal because apparently they scrape the inner cheek a little bit. But after reading stories like these, I might just live with it. Call me a pussy, but there's way too many things that can go wrong.
The one that got pulled had some damage. Both the dentist and I don't understand why. It had to go. For what you're describing, I would def leave them alone.
