I did use brown sugar and added a quarter cup of Cocoa per suggestion and I also approve of that. It did not make it "chocolate" but it did give it just a hint of chocolate flavor. Thank you sir.

I usually melt/blend everything into a liquid paste and add flour/yeast/salt/melted butter/honey instead of sugar, and a little vanilla extract.

That would avoid the chunks. I like it.

Yeah, you end up with a nice melting cake like that goes really well with coffee, hot chocolate and Pu’er Tea.

I'm going to have to try honey instead of sugar next, how much honey do you typically put for 1 loaf?

Bananas are already sweet, so 1/2 cup is sufficient.

You can start with it and experiment, add more or less, according to your taste.
