A murder of niggers is more apropos.
Shoot towards them.
It should be pretty easy to make a "blank" shot that would sound the same but fire nothing so it can't be considered lethal if they trace it to you because some nigger starts shooting after.
I am sure they would find some way to charge you if they found you though.
Why would you want to use blanks? If you are shooting at something, at least in my case, I'm shooting to kill, and I do not understand any other viewpoint.
It would be something you could throw into a crowd of feral niggers to cause them all to run. In the rare case that it can be recovered and you are identified it is non-lethal.
It serves a purpose. It might not serve the purpose we would prefer.

How many are carrying and will shoot back? That's the life or death roll of the dice.
